Peak Oil Hong Kong - An ASPO affiliate

In June last year we issued a paper on Peak Oil and its Implications for Hong Kong. In this paper we highlighted some of the impending risks for the Hong Kong economy as a result of the peaking of global oil production, and suggested a framework for action by the Hong Kong Government and other key stakeholders.
