Geoffrey Chen

Mr. Chen graduated in Economics from the University of Oxford, earned an MSc. in Economics and Politics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.  Mr Chen was a key member of McKinsey & Company's Greater China Practice, advising multinational and Chinese clients across a range of industries and a variety of strategic issues.  Currently, Mr. Chen is Vice President of a US hedge fund, with operations in Asia.  He has a strong interest in Peak Oil and its implications for governments, businesses and investment management.

Robert Footman

Mr Footman graduated in English from the University of Cambridge.  Mr Footman spent some 30 years working for the Hong Kong Government in various bureaux and departments.  He was Deputy Director-General of Trade from 1989 to 1992, Head of the Efficiency Unit from 1992 to 1995, Postmaster General from November 1995 to 1998 and the Commissioner for Transport from 1998 until his retirement in 2006.

Alex Tancock

Mr Tancock graduated in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College, London.  Driven by his commitment to do something about Climate Change and to prepare for Peak Oil Mr. Tancock has, since 2000, been developing renewable energy projects in Europe and the Asia-Pacific Region.  This includes work on onshore and offshore wind energy projects, solar projects and other renewable energy technologies.
